Explained the importance of fluid regulation (for hypertension) if recommended by PCP, especially with comorbidity CHF. Reviewed signs of fluid overload such as swelling, weight gain, and increased shortness of breath. Encouraged patient to monitor weight daily and report sudden increases. Patient / PCG verbalized understanding.
